Buying a Plan

What do I get when I buy a house plan from the website?

You will receive a license to the plan that you purchased. That license does not expire. Once the plan is purchased and we have verified the license, we will send you the digital files for the construction plans via email. A standard set of house plans includes the elevations, floor plans, roof plan, stair detail, window schedule, and typical detail pages. You should receive your emailed plans within 24 hours, if your order is received Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm central standard time.

If you added plan prints to your order, we will print the plans for you and send you those via regular mail. If you need the plans shipped faster, please give us a call at (402) 420-0088, and we can do that for an additional charge.
