Coming prepared to the initial meeting is always helpful.  The more information you can provide us the better!  A few things to bring along or think about include:

• Any floor plans you have found that you like, maybe online or in a magazine.
• Any pictures you have taken of the interior and/or exterior of a home.
• Do you want stone, brick, sto, or siding on the exterior?
• Would you like a walk-in pantry?
• What features are a must have in your dream bathroom?  Walk-in shower, whirlpool tub, separate stool room, double vanities, a linen closet?
• Do you want a jack and jill bath for the kid's bathroom?
• Do you have special furniture picked out for your new home?  Bring in the measurements, so we can make sure it fits!
• Any window specifics, such as brand or sizes?
• What kind of roof and flooring systems will you be using?
• What roof pitch are you wanting?
• Does the house need to be wheelchair accessible?
• Do you want zero entry into your home?
